• Mechanical- Technology: BE or BTech-Mechanical Engineering
• Electronics- Technology: BE or BTech – Electronics
• Electrical Technology: BE or BTech- Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science Technology: BE or BTech- Computer Science
• Metallurgy Technology: BE or BTech- Metallurgy Engineering
• Chemical Technology: MSc- Chemistry or BE or BTech- Chemical Engineering
• Finance Technology: MBA or a two-year postgraduate diploma in finance_ CA Final-CMA Final
• Civil Technology: BE or BTech in Civil Engineering
• Human Resources Technology:Qualifications in Personnel Management, Industrial Relation-Personnel Management- MBA- Postgraduate degree or Postgraduate Diploma_two years of law school or background in social science or social work.

Age Criteria: Candidates must be between 27 and 28 years old.

Selection Process:

The selection process for BDL Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 includes of two stages:

1. Computer Assessment: Eligible candidates will be called to appear for an online Computer Based Test. Key features of the CBT include: Duration: 2 hours—TotalQuestions: 150 MCQs- Part I: 100 questions from the relevant discipline- Part II: 50 questions from General Aptitude.

2. Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will be called for an interview which carries 15% weightage.
